    Microsoft Enforcement are Hypocrites

I have a HUGE beef with Microsoft Enforcement policy and how it’s administered. It seems they take action against those looking to enjoy a decent well-fought match, while taking little action against those whom exploit the game’s glitches to gain unfair
    advantages and/or unearned rank.

I recently served a 7-day communication suspension for speaking out in a private msg (I called him and expletive) to someone who exploited the game's glitch, allowing them to build classes containing 6-perks and 6-attachments (well 5 attachments and a scope).
Which falls under the very definition Microsoft lists as “Cheating”. Being a fan of HC Domination, I run into these types quite often. They are easily identified, typically using the Battery specialist with Kinetic Armor and jumping around the map at great
    heights.

Frustrated at being continually spawn killed (on Nuketown) by the opposing team who are all, excluding one random, running the exact same setup and doing the same things, I spoke out against the person who seemed to be the ring leader of the bunch of cheaters.
That person in turn reported that message to Microsoft which landed me an immediate 7-day suspension. I appealed, pointing out the players’ behavior, for which they responded by suggesting his actions doesn’t justify my reaction and I should have reported
them and moved on. SO basically, let’s dismiss the fact that these type players are ruining the fun for upwards of 6-people and focus solely on the private one-to-one communication.

However interesting, I decided to put this feedback from their Enforcement team to test. I have went on a campaign to report any person caught on the Killcam at the end of the rounds having the 6-perk and 6-attachment class and reported them. I’ve even
taken it a step further and screen captured and record the offender in action during the Killcam, ya know, for “evidence". As it seems, Microsoft has done nothing in response - so much for that report them for cheating and we will take action. In fact, the
following days, I was playing against the same people I reported. Where is the Enforcement Microsoft?

As it stand, Microsoft places more value on those who cheat and bend the rules than they do those whom are merely looking to enjoy the games they have invested in. By-the-way, the latter represents that majority of online players, in case you are unaware
Microsoft. Go figure the logic behind Microsoft’s attempted, but huge fail at enforcement.

That said, Microsoft enforcement is misplaced - unless someone can say differently.

    :)

$500 dollars isn't all that bad...

Yet you are still supporting Microsoft with that gold membership.

Your money helped develop the Xbox One.

    Well done.

It can take time for investigations to take place. So not all suspensions are issued immediately. There's also no way to know 100% when/if an enforcement action has been issued against another player. As long as you are reporting those players, they will
be investigated and taken care of.

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued so there is no chance for you to "foresee" if a suspension would be decided or not.

I suggest you to read carefully the Code of Conduct to understand how the "report" feature works.

mod in an online game you can find yourself banned from the service, meaning you lose your games and DLC. That sounds pretty much like what happens to people who do that on Xbox LIVE.

Although on Xbox you would lose access to all online multiplayer, all the apps, Internet Explorer, Netflix, etc. Not to mention it's a paid service, so you're wasting money as well, aside from whatever content you have.

Oh and that 2.5 million in preorders... I was thinking of the over 250 million the game cost to make. I'm sure it will yield a profit.
