Microsoft employees can't help..someone please do

So my gamer tag (or should I say, ex-gt) was reported by a gamer who I destroyed in a Rocket League match (who sent me multiple expletives via game and xbox chat, but he reminds me via party how he is not banned-lol). The gt in question was [mod removed].
IT is actually named after a toon in Elder Scrolls online-a bomber. I wanted to type [mod removed], but that was too many characters. Regardless, this gamer took it to the next level because he was offended by his lack of skill. Now I have never been reported
for offensive gamertags, profiles, etc. MY last offense was for saying a curse word-to a friend- two years ago. Now mind you, I have at least 20 friends who actually come up with uber-sensitive things to use in their gts and they always have gotten free gt
changes out of it. Well, apparently, that is not the case (thanks xbox, you sneaky pals). So now I'm stuck with the weakest gamertag since Minecraft came out to console, and they want me to pay again to change it? Umm, no. But I am unable to talk to anybody
who is actually trained in their job. In my enforcement review (which was upheld, because those responsible for case reviews are more sensitive and fluffy than the gamers we play against), I was informed in the past, free gamertag changes were forced upon
players whos gts were flagged for being inappropriate. However, they changed their policy because gamers apparently "took advantage of this opportunity to create equally as offensive gamertags". How does that have anything to do with me? Like seriously, those
gamers can be banned, and those of us who learned how fluffy today's online gaming community is will learn the first time. Well, I tried the xbox chat (ran by gamers now instead of trained professionals), and the gamer broke connection with me. I received
a call from xbox, spoke with a person named Camila. She told me that Xbox has never given free forced gt changes ever. EVEN THOUGH I READ HER WORD FOR WORD WHAT MY CASE REVIEW STATED. I apparently can not take this higher up. This is seriously childlike on
behalf of a support team. I have never, EVER, been part of a more poorly-run, uber-sensitive, and ultimately anti-consumer support system than xbox. If anybody can be so kind as to tell me where I can talk to someone who can at least hear out the consumer
instead of reciting incorrect information, that would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Well considering my account was hacked by a 13 yr old xbox enforcement agent a year ago and microsoft is still takin their time to unban my account that never should have been banned id say you got very lil chance if its lifetime. I have 100% solid evidence im a victim of identity theft by xbox enforcer and hes only 13. its currently under investigation and ive already been in touch with law enforcement because he also doxxed me n ruined alot of equipment. Its funny that enforcement was created to protect children but xbox makes children enforcers. This kid charges ppl $25 to unban their accounts and has over 7,000 followers on twitter so imagine how much $$ hes made since becoming an enforcer 7,000x$25 is $750,000 Ofcourse nobody believed me until i started tweeting pics of proof. So now the real question is how many others are abusing their power?

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle forced gamertag changes and they do not use the forums. A case review would be the only way to contact them to possibly have the name change overturned, but if they already upheld their decision, there
is nothing else that can be done. These are the rules you agreed to when you signed up.

Is there actually a way to get hold of microsoft employees? I have tried to get help for 2 days and 5 or 6 people have tried to help me but this is obviously a problem that can't be solved in a way I can do it myself. How do you get the attention of someone with backend access that actually work at MS?

Meaning nobody cares. I made a post about this very issue, and I hope someone that actually works for Microsoft responds. Also this is the official support form, so why aren't Microsoft employees doing the job they are paid to do, and provide support on
said forum? Why is this job left to unpaid Ambassadors who can't do anything to actually help? If Microsoft isn't careful they will end up like Sony, losing customers to Steam.
