2. Select Billing & accounts in the category area
3. Select See other options
4. Select Charges on my account
5. Select Show contact options
6. Choose your preferred method of contact

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

This can only work if your emails are NOT hotmail, outlook or live emails as those are Microsoft email addresses. That may be the cause of your problem. You can not change TO an email that is a Microsoft email. You can change a Microsoft email to any other
non Microsoft email, though.

My account was hacked several years ago and when it happened, I was able to add an AOL email I had to my account while the old Hotmail was retireved and recitifed. Since then I will receive emails to both account
from Xbox and Microsoft for an assortment of things.



I initally added this email by contacting support at 18004MYXBOX.



However now years later I am able to change my account info myself here:
