Microsoft email change affecting xbox messages and connectivity to certain things

Ok so i have had my OLD school email on my microsoft account for years. I finnaly decided to change it to my primary email i use for everything. I log into my xbox one and under my gamer tag it says Unknown. And when i try to check my messages it says
"We can't get all of your messages right now. Check back later. (I also have a 14 day communication suspension). I look through the tabs such as Mixer and it says you cant show featured broadcasts right now. On the community tab it says theres nothng to show
and when i follow more people and games my feed will fill up. When normally it has feed all over that page. The game pass section works and the store says you cant show featured games and apps right now. It also is saying things like that in my settings. I
just want to know what is going on.

We understand that you have an inquiry in regards to your Microsoft account experiencing odd behavior in reference to your messages, the Microsoft store, and Mixer.

You have also mentioned that there is currently a 14 day suspension on the account, and that you would like to figure out what is occurring.

A communication suspension is best be explained by the Enforcement team on the
Xbox Enforcement website.

As for the other occurrences, we recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system.

Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

No, this does not affect it. All should be moved. The only thing that changes is the Microsoft Account. all subscriptions etc will stay connected to the xbox live account

I'm sorry to hear about the persisting issue. The first thing I would like to check is if it gives any certain error messages in regards to your NAT usually a TEREDO message tends to affect our multiplayer connection as it affects the NAT type.

Could you please go to your Network settings and Test multiplayer connection. If this give you an error message please follow the instruction on this article:

"I get an error message when I run the 'Test multiplayer Connection' on Xbox One"
