    Hello

    I just bought a new Microsoft Elite Xbox One controller. I have one at work, and got one for home.

    In the Xbox Accessories app, i can customize the configurations, and add new ones on the controller i have at work. Mine on the other hand does not work. I tried to add community configurations, create new ones, edit the current Default settings, and will
    not save the configs.

    I tried it on 2 PCs, my gamepad always has this issue, the other one doesn't. A wired connection was used.

    Below i added a screenshot within the Xbox Accessories app, with my controller connected.

    Xbox Accessories check battery level

    Using windows 10, I want to check my battery level on my MICROSOFT XBOX ONE CONTROLLER.

    The APP says use "Xbox Accessories" APP.

    I open Xbox Accessories APP.

    Xbox Accessories says "PLUG IN CONTROLLER" so I do

    The APP will NOT tell me the battery level because it is PLUGGED IN.

    These APPS are the cheapest, POS I have ever seen. DO BETTER MICROSOFT!
