Microsoft elite V2 controller

Discus and support Microsoft elite V2 controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Wondering if anyone from Microsoft can help me out, my elite V2 controller has just got a fault with the rb button( same problem as I had with the V1)...     Microsoft elite V2 controller


    Wondering if anyone from Microsoft can help me out, my elite V2 controller has just got a fault with the rb button( same problem as I had with the V1) I just found out my warranty expired 2 days ago!! Is there anything you can do go get it repaired or maybe
    a gesture of good will repair it free of charge as I'm only a few days over the warranty?

    The white Elite controller is not an Elite V2, just a minor revision with new color.

    What controller you use?

    I use the Elite Controller V2. It is very comfortable, ergonomic and customizable.

    I don't play hard or competitively. Just google Elite controller v2 issues and view the results - its staggering.

    However, I have no problem going online to let everyone know to avoid this controller like COVID.

    In addition, Microsoft has acknowledged that this is an issue:

    Update:

    Switched to my 39.00 Afterglow controller that Ive had for 4 years, The fact that the 39.00 Afterglow has out-performed the 300.00 elite v2 is pathetic on so many levels...
