Microsoft edge on xbox one crashes and won't work

hello everyone. so for a while now my Microsoft edge hasn't been working. I checked and it dosnt need updated and I already cleared the cache and cookies. so basically I go onto it and after a minute or so it just lags a ton and I can't move the mouse thing or click ok anything and then it just closes itself. anyone know what to do? it isn't my xbox that's for sure it's just the edge that does this

What was the fix? Mine does this every 20 minutes while watching soccer matches.

And what are you trying to load

Remember it's not a desktop browser if your website doesn't use the right user agent for consoles it should.Be MOBILE not desktop

Did a reset, but still crashes, any other solution

Now as of 4-1 @2:49CST It is doing this again! Also I am part of Xbox Insider Alpha Skip Ahead Level. I tried clearing the saved data and restarting the console and both failed to fix the problem. Also It's as if the app isn't even registering and being found under the apps and I tried uninstalling Microsoft Edge but the console will not let uninstall it and also cannot find it under the apps to unistall to free up space!

What type of xbox one?

Does this happen on a New Tab or loading a site?

In the past, I've noticed if you go to a site with numerous ads, pop ups and video playing, which makes it hard to actually read the site, Edge will lock up and requires closing and restarting. This includes a console restart.

To cancel out any software corruption you would have to Reset the console as advised above.
