    Microsoft Edge is designed to not use plug-ins, so Flash cannot be installed.

    Did you tried turn on subtitles in a game?

    Also if you have a friends with a original X360 disc of the game you can try install a game with Russian translation.

    If you about BioShock Collection, sorry. It hasn't Russian translation.
