    Microsoft edge not working


    it' has been 2 days I am unable to open ME . At first I would click on the ME Icon and nothing would happen . Upon rebooting my system , now when I click ME I get printed to a message saying " Give it another try Not sure what
    happened there (0x80070005)"

    Please help

    In regards to your Microsoft Edge app not working properly on your Xbox One console, are you noticing any specific error code/messages when you try to start it?

    When you get a chance, let's go ahead & try out all the steps in our
    guide     which focuses on apps not starting properly on Xbox One consoles.

    i just see some random letters on apps name and when i click it it goes into strore and it says we couldn’t find what you’re looking for.

    My OS is up to date and I just did hard reset and unplugged power cord for 5 min but when i started xbox edge still wont load. Any other ideas?

    Upload your captures to the cloud with OneDrive app before you Factory reset as it sounds like you have a corruption of the system.

    Make sure you have all your account details and passwords etc before attempt.

    Are you in an Insider preview ring?

    Microsoft Edge not working

    Check Settings>System>Console info to see if you have the latest
    XBox OS update     because Edge is part of the XBox Operating System. You can't uninstall and reinstall without a System update.

    Have you Powered off your console, and then unplugged the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off?

    If you use Instant on power mode, it doesn't hurt to completely power cycle your console every now and then.
