    Buen día, me gustaría saber como puedo instalar de nuevo edge en mi xbox one, ya que desde la ultima actualización de mayo 2019 desapareció totalmente de mis aplicaciones, tienda, y sección de aplicaciones para instalar, el unico rastro que dejo es en el
    apartado de "marcas" o "grupos de aplicaciones", pero al seleccionarlo me marca que hay error en la aplicación, por lo que si me pudieran ayudar a solucionar este problema les estare muy agradecido…

    Hello Alejandro,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Internet explorer is a pre-installed app on the Xbox one, so there shouldn't be a way to un-install it. I'm thinking there may be a need for a full factory reset here, but before we do that we can do a simple
    soft factory reset first.

    *Check to see if Internet Explorer has been hidden before continuing.

    With the Soft factory reset, you will not have to redownload any games or apps.
    You will however, need to sign back into any accounts you use. So make sure you know the emails and passwords to those accounts before you continue. This step will reset the operating system and helps with issues like this one.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. Select Reset and keep my games and apps

    Let us know the results!
