Microsoft edge error code

Hey there SpookyPort2145,

When specifically are you seeing that error code? Are you still running into this issue? Have you tried

power cycling the console to see if that helps with what you're seeing?

I use EDGE To get into my Microsoft Account & Outlook.

Are you trying to tell me that Microsoft Edge doesn't work with an Outlook account?

For the heck of it, I've signed in with Opera, with Edge, with Chrome -And- the Microsoft Store application on my PC.

They all have the same error message.

Clearly this is not a sign in problem.

This is not an 'already redeemed' problem.

Either Walmart is still selling an old & invalid version of the game code cards, or Microsoft has dropped the ball on were the redeem is actually to happen.

There are reasons why an app will crash, it could be the incompatibility that is why updating apps and device is required. It could be an issue with the app or issue of the device. To have a better understanding, we would like to further isolate your concern.

1. Based on your description, you noticed an error code. May we ask if you can still recall what error code flashes on your TV? If you have taken a screenshot of it. Please post the screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
2. May we ask if you can try to install the Microsoft Edge on Microsoft Store? Do you see any error message/code?
   
3. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent update installed to the device?
   
4. Are there apps or games suddenly deleted on Xbox One?
   
5. Have you sent a feedback regarding this issue to Team Xbox?

I'm an Independent advisor and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Before answering it, I would like to say that it is a pleasure to interact with you in this thread.

Badcoolplayer, I did the test through Microsoft Edge and Chrome on the website: https://xbox.com. And I got the same error. Maybe it's a temporary error.

However, I installed Microsoft Edge in the dev version, and it worked. Take the test and check if it works there too: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft...

If not, try resetting your browser settings:

Note: your browsers will be reset. History, Cookies and Favorites will be deleted.

Microsoft Edge:

1. Close Microsoft Edge;

2. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run Menu;

3. In the Run Menu, type: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Edge and click Ok;

4. Rename the User Data folder to User Data.old;

5. Reopen Microsoft Edge and test;

6. Persisting, close Microsoft Edge again;

7. Navigate between folders C: > Program Files (x86) > Microsoft;

8. Rename Edge and Edge Update folders to .old;

9. This procedure will uninstall Microsoft Edge, download it again and install it.

Download the new Chromium-based Microsoft Edge: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft...

Google Chrome:

1. Close Google Chrome;

2. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run Menu;

3. In the Run Menu, type %localappdata%\Google\Chrome and click Ok;

4. Delete the User Data folder.

If it continues, I believe it could be some unavailability. Test again after 24 hours and check the behavior.
