Microsoft Edge crash after 5 minutes of use

Sorry about your troubles with Microsoft Edge. Since this began, have you tried a full power cycle on your Xbox One? To power cycle, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off completely.

We've seen a few reports of similar issues floating around here, however you mention that any site you visit crashes the app. I'm sorry to see that! We'd like to test it out here; can you please post back with the sites you've noticed it crashing on? This

www.warframe.com is one I frequent, random google searches, YouTube, I don't go to any site specific on here besides warframe website, the Wikipedia sites some times

I tested out a couple of them and wasn't able to make my Edge browser crash. However, that doesn't mean there isn't an issue. I'd like to rule out your network since you've done a factory reset.

We can start with the detailed network statistics. They're the easiest to get, and help me get a starting point. You can get that by going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. We'll see what
we can dig up.
