Microsoft Edge app on xbox one after system update.

Hi there support team, I just wanted to add that after another system update 12\04\2017, I still can't view\access any comments on bethesda.net fallout 4 mod authors posts. As I said before, it was working fine before the last dashboard update 29\03\2017.
Sorry to be a pain about this. It's just that I constantly use bethesda.net all the time and it was so much better to use MS Edge on the Xbox one then to use any other device whilst playing and adding mods to my favourite game fallout 4. Thanks again for any
help on this.

My xbox one updated to day there is no Microsoft edge app anywhere it's April 22 2020 can anyone tell me where is edge at?

After a few hours I turned on the xbox again and there was no Microsoft Edge application, I looked for it in the store and it wasn't. Somebody help me please

Hi, if you have already cleared you cache (turn off the xbox -> remove the power cable -> wait 10 seconds -> reconnect the power cable -> turn on the xbox and try edge) you need to proceed in another way.

Since edge is part of the OS and you can't install/update it, you can try to verify if there is an available update for the console.

Then if the problem is not yet solved you can try with a complete factory reset following these steps:

Open settings -> go to system -> console info -> select "reset" console -> choose "reset and keep my games and app" (try this first) -> wait until completion of the procedure -> try if the problem is still there

If you are still having problems, try the same procedure but instead of "reset and keep my games and app" choose "reset and remove everything" (keep in mind that after doing this you will ned to re-install all your games and
apps).

You cant uninstall Microsoft Edge, is an app that is built-in in the operative system, this means that the app is created by the operative system.
