Microsoft Doesn't Care about its Community.

Hello, to start I would like to stay that I used to be a regular Xbox user like most of you*** about so I eventually got rid of it. I barely though my PS4 anymore now either. I've always been an advent PC gamer, I prefer keyboard and mouse instead of a controller.
I grew up on Halo for PC until Microsoft decided to make it an Xbox Exclusive this irritated me as much as the next guy but I thought to myself just give it time and it will release for PC like how it was for Halo 1 & 2... However this was not the case. Here
we are 10 years later with the new Xbone and Halo 5.... Now lets take a deeper look into Microsoft and 343. I was browsing the internet when I came across "Halo Online" All I could think to myself is how fake that sounded.... To my surprise I found out it
was real! A pay to win Free to Play Halo Online! I was excited. I instantly started googling it and reading all about it, however to my dismay I found out it was Russia only. Microsoft's only words on the matter were "Right now our focus is on learning as
much as we can from the closed beta period in Russia. Theoretically, any expansion outside of Russia would have to go through region-specific changes to address player expectations." Which is just a *** you to the large PC fan base that Microsoft loves to
tease and constantly *** over. Furthermore Microsoft announced Halo War 2 for Xbone and PC this does not sit well with me at all. Microsoft knows that the PC fan base has been asking for the MCC for PC or even Halo 3 and Halo 4 for PC but they release a game
that everyone hated and claims that its a tale that everyone wants to return to, which is a lie! that game was complete *** and they laid off the original company that developed it 6 months before release! Who does that? a bunch of *** *** who don't care about
it's fan base does. Microsoft knows what it has to do but it refuses to because they know they're losing their fan base and Halo is the only franchise keeping it alive, I mean even Call of Duty even decided to switch to PS4 to receive all the DLC prior to
anyone else. So I have to ask, Why support Microsoft if all they want to do is *** you over?

I just want to share my experience with Microsoft in hopes of preventing another person to go through what I've went through dealing with these moneygrubbers. All I was trying to do was set up an Xbox live account for my nephew and buy him a game. It took
5 hours to set up an account for him because of all of the security hoops I had to jump through. I'm not exaggerating. I had to verify my identity multiple times, basically every time I provided new information, I was made to verify that I was indeed who I
said I was. This meant having to enter my email address multiple times, receive multiple security codes which I had to then enter on the website. THERE IS SOMETHING REALLY WRONG WITH YOUR SERVICE WHEN IT IS EASIER TO RENEW YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE THAN IT IS TO REGISTER IN A GAMING COMMUNITY.
I could forgive this bureaucratic incompetence if my story ended here, though. After FINALLY getting an account set up and downloaded to the xbox, I moved on to buying a game from the marketplace. I bought an Xbox 360 game (for Xbox 360, not Xbox 1, I made
sure of that) but I cannot download it to the Xbox. I went back to the marketplace to try to troubleshoot why it wasn't working, and EVEN though it was listed as a 360 game, FOR the 360, I can't download it to a 360. What kind of sense does that make? And
I try to contact Support through ANY of the means they list, and I can't even talk to a human being unless I wait 768 minutes for one! This is exactly like the Windows 10 laptop that I bought that Microsucks ERASED the security key to (with the Fall Creator's
update) and then told me that I have to buy another Win 10 installation to fix what they did (Linux to the rescue!). This is not how you are supposed to do business, Microshaft! Stop treating us like your lessers because without us you'd be nothing. Get a
human being to help us out when you drop the ball because you're too busy counting your profits to make sure you deliver the product we order! If you let a customer down, you FIX it, not try to sell them more crap! I will never spend another cent with you,
and I will share my experience with as many people as I can because this is just WRONG! When real people do things like that it's called fraud. Good bye.

 

I have been trawling through this site to try and find an answer / solution to the repeated problems of the controller disconnecting. There is obviously a problem with the design or the software / hardware. I would have thought that a wireless controller
would be fairly straightforward . Whilst using the Xbox 360 controller I have never had any problem with connecting / disconnecting but since I paid £400 for the Xbox one 18 months ago I have been plagued with this problem . The lack of decent games for the
xbox one meant I spent 95% of the time playing my 360 games . Finally there are now some good games coming for the Xbox one unfortunately the enjoyment of these are spoiled by the failings of the controller. Have microsoft actually done anything to resolve
this issue ? I have tried all the suggestions provided by other users to no success. Is the "new" controller any better ? or do i have to spend £50 on a new one and hope for the best ?

My addiction to Halo is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Xbox One is a hot mess. A complete rip-off. I hate myself for supporting Microsoft, but I'm an addict.

 

All of you go to ps4 . Which dont even have live chat .only then u will appreciate xbox one
