Console Price Decrease - Did Microsoft Miss An Opportunity?

You cannot state that "Microsoft is not a retailer" in the same paragraph in which you state that "Steam is way bigger than XBL(as a retailer)."

For the record, a Retailer is: A business or person that sells goods or services to the consumer, as opposed to a wholesaler or supplier.

Is Microsoft a business? Check. Does Microsoft sell goods? Check. Does Microsoft sell services? Check. Does it sell goods in the Xbox Games Store over XBL? Check. Am I a consumer? Last time I "checked," so, check. Does Microsoft sell goods or services
to me as a consumer? Check.

Seems like a retailer to me. Just like Steam, but not Steam.

    They only want money.

Halo 3 would sell well. Halo: Operation ABC123 would not sell well.

Microsoft only wants money. End of story.

Microsoft does not want to sell games? December

Microsoft offers a wide variety of games each month at various discounts for XBL Gold subscribers. Its impossible to add all games to each months sale but there is usually a broad selection to appeal to various types of gamers.

New backwards compatible titles are expected to be announced soon but it would be purely speculative to try and guess what games are going to be released with that batch.

$14.00 trade in value at Gamestop
You are less likely to loose your money that way.
I don't usually sell my games, but I sold this screw up. With a multiplayer centred game, selling is justified if you don't like it. I haven't played this game once since
December, nor did I ever want to. I decided it was finally time to get rid of it.

I don't want sell here anything, i am asking for information, what to do, if i want legally sell game witch is owned by microsoft, or sell items with logo/content from game which is owned by microsoft (or some part of microsoft)

I want sell on my own pages, but i must solve copyrights for this content. What and where pay some percent from profit, and so on.

As I told, i ask already on MS partner forum, and they send me here to ask.

Ubisoft does not sell their games on the Microsoft PC store and you should buy the game directly from their store.
