    Microsoft does not understand customers.


    I'm currently stationed over seas.

    I may have the time to play xbox once a month at best. Every time I attempt to do so there is a standard 1gb update of some thing that I don't care about. Once that's done then apparently I'm required to sign in to my account, which I haven't in two years. Take
    another 30 minutes out of the day by tracking old emails down and finding the password. Once I finally get to the homepage and try to play a game, there's another download for 3 freaking gigs just to play a freaking game I've paid over $100 for, including
    map packs and whatever else.

    I've given up. I literally can't play this system. I have no time to play it as it is, and when I do Xbox f*cks me with 3+ hours of endless downloads and red tape.

    Thanks Xbox you were fun when I wasn't an adult.

    also, why can't xbox make live free. Ps3 does that and i don't understand why microsoft doesn't. To me it just seems that microsoft is just ripping money from customers

    yes definitely there is some people who still buy Xbox One. Very big big fans who still does not understand what happened. They understand it when they lose internet connection or Xbox Live does not work next weekend. Microsoft does not understand customers. :) And some customers (parents) who
    does not know about restrictions. Until they buy it, and one day son or daughter comes to complain about some things. Then they will be angry at Microsoft and shop. And they never ever do not buy any Microsoft device anymore.

    I'm on my 4th elite controller 2gen.

    I've called Microsoft they have hung upon me been so rude its not funny. Just getting ahold of a person was a nightmare. I could not understand them, to be honest as much as I had to repeat myself they obviously couldn't understand me either. Why does Microsoft
    employee people who cant speak clear English or understand spoken English. Does Microsoft care? I just want a good product and good customer service when I need it not a bunch of lies and rude people!

    If the game does not work, customer support will be able to refund the content with the understanding that you wont try to download the game again. If you do you will be banned from LIVE services. But the refund is only possible for content that does not
    work. Call customer Support for your region.
