    THEY WON'T GIVE ME A REFUND, SO I HAVE MONEY IN THE MICROSOFT ACCT AND CAN'T DO ANYTHING WITH IT .....HERE IS A COPY OF WHAT THEY SAID AND MY REPLY...DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!!

    I'm sorry, but what I get from your response is that Microsoft is so big that it doesn't care if it loses xbox customers. Nor does it care about its customers enough to fix the problem. That is very disappointing.

    Thanks guys for reading my rant. Eber he didn't literally say "Were very sorry, but we don't care about you as a customer." What he said, over and over is, "I'm sorry but we can't compensate you." When I talked about my years of loyalty... the money I've
    spent... etc.. etc... "I'm sorry but we can't compensate you."

    Which is like saying "I'm sorry, we don't care about you as a customer."

    In my mind, if you sell a broken product, (brought on by a Microsoft update) then ask the customer to fix it, the customer spends allot of time and effort trying to and ultimately can't. And then on top of that the company can't even send them something
    like a month of free of Xbox live or something, that's a company that no longer cares about its customers.

    I was able to exchange it at the game stop I bought it at. They were very nice about it. And yes I was very lucky that I was able to do so. Thank god the Xbox One broke only after 3 weeks!

    Xbox One Elite Controller analog stick base pops up when switching the stick on the left analog stick. Is this an issue?

    I would contact Microsoft. If they say its to late the only other thing I can think of is if you bought it with a credit card. Some credit card companies offer a double manufacturer warranty you can claim with them. Discover does this for sure.

    Why does Microsoft treat their customers so horribly and make it so difficult to resolve account issues?

    Why does Microsoft charge for xbox live when it's sub par at best?

    I have had nothing but unresolved issues with these profit *** who could care less about the service they provide on every level.

    I can't wait to see the well deserved drop in earnings this quarter.
