Microsoft does not send my xbox one source

Discus and support Microsoft does not send my xbox one source in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I'm being forgotten in my requests for receiving the source of my console.     Microsoft does not send my xbox one source


    I'm being forgotten in my requests for receiving the source of my console. That had never happened to the services of support. But that is causing me problems, including pain and suffering as I walk tired of making contacts without answer that solves my
    problem. I do not want to go to court.......I just want to get back what I sent. I decided to publish for everyone's knowledge.

    When is DLNA coming to Xbox One

    I have a DLNA server running on my network via a Synology Diskstation. I then installed Skiifta on my tablets and phones. I pulled up the Skifta app, Have it choose the DLNA server source, I can then browse the media files, I then send it to the Xbox One and it starts playing there. No extra software needed on your "server" or Xbox. Just an app to find the source and send it to the Xbox One.

    3 Week old Xbox one WHITE with 'the' noise issues

    That does not comply with what Microsoft states in their press releases of 10-09-2014. Claiming that there are consoles out there that produce to much noise and that Microsoft WILL exchange them for NEW consoles. My white console is having noise issues of
    what Microsoft is fully aware of and has confirmed this.

    If I send in my console like you suggest I will not get a NEW console now do I? I have the feeling that I'm simply being brushed to the curb where I am simply requesting the service Microsoft is saying they would provide to these specific customers. My Xbox
    is not even a month old and i kindly request you/microsoft to own up to it's promise.

    Can you let us know some more information about what's going on with your console? We are not quite sure what you mean, did you send the console out for a repair?

    I agree but mine is sending discreet On and Off codes to my Sharp XVZ10000. But I also have a similar problem where the TV/Projector has a confirm prompt. The Power Off code must be sent twice. Xbox One only sends one Power Off. If Microsoft would allow
    us to edit the IR codes, we could fix our own. Crowd source!!!

    if the xbox does not turn off or has difficulty turning on, the cause is the xbox and not the source, since the source remains on. unfortunately the original xbox model has not been repaired by microsoft since 2019
