    Microsoft does not care about people


    I have not been able to redeem my points for months now and I emailed bing rewards department and they will not help me and I also contacted Xbox support and they don't care the one agent hung up on me and the supervisor said there is nothing he can do . I am a ultimate subscriber and have many subscriptions in one household plus spend a ton of money on their platform and games and they dont to help people out. They are a money hungry greedy company who does not want to help and they farm our their business to overseas call centers who don't know what they are doing but want to steal people's information and not help fix their problems. When you get a call back it says Washington but we all know that they are in India and they don't even stay on the phone they go away from their phone when you are trying to get help and they dont understand what you are saying it is bad enough that they are hiking the prices of the subscriptions. But they don't want to help people when they know people are pissed off due to the price hike and changes they have made to their platform.by the way my name is Lindsay Chaney Xbox if your wondering fix my account or I will keep putting negative posts online about your company

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with Youtube. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not program the apps. That is up to the individual companies. In this case we're looking at Youtube. If you are having issues with the app and deleting and reinstalling
    has not solved it you should definitely contact them and let them know what's happening.

    i bought an elite 360 jasper model (I think) in 2008, it still works 12 years later.

    im not saying you didnt get shafted im saying that i've never ran into an issue with microsoft in the 17 years ive had xbox.
