I have been a loyal customer of xbox and all thing related for over 15 years. I have looked on my account and have spent over 1000 us dollars on your product and services. I own 4 xbox ones 3 payed live accounts, and buy multiple games for friends weekly(
six copys of ark for example). Yet I get no customer appreciation at all when I comes to the new console I tryed tirelessly to pre order, then spent hours running from store to store when it launched, i spent hours everyday looking on the web for one. As a
loyal customer I shouldn't have to go through this, it is bad business and xbox is losing my support. The lack of new console has created divides in gaming communities with those who have the console and those who don't, as all games are not cross generational.
I just can't support you much longer when you don't reciprocate the loyalty. Thanks for the read.

They don’t even care about people who have haf problems with a brand new series x. Let alone someone trying to buy one.

i was lucky enough to preorder one and i got it on launch day. It wouldnt power on! I tried to contact microsoft and they wouldn’t talk to me. They had a special automated option for returning. They gave me a return label, so i shipped it to them. This was
last week and theres been absolutly no update, the current status is requesting that i print out the label and send it back. There is a message saying that if they dont receive it within 30 days they will cancel the service order! I have no idea if i am getting
one returned. Had i known how horriable this service would be, id return it to Target.

for all i know, im never getting it back!

If you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action.

Suspensions aren't always issued immediately. Just because nothing has happened yet, doesn't mean it won't. It's best to just report, block, and move on.
