    Hi,

    my Xbox One started to turn off by itself very frequently. The turning off was very random, sometimes the console stayed on like 4 hours straight and then turned off, sometimes it turned off every 5 minutes. I contacted Xbox Support and they tried to help
    me with the problem. I did everything they asked me to. I tried to calibrate my power brick, I changed the settings on the Xbox and disabled the time limit after it turns off automatically. I updated the console offline with a USB memory stick and I reset
    the whole Xbox and installed everything again. Nothing worked. I also found out that the problem is in the console because it plays the "turning off-bling sound" when it turns itself off, so the problem is not on the power brick or a electricity problem in
    my home.

    The people from the support said to me that I should send the console to Microsoft so that they could repair it. I sent it to Germany and waited 2 weeks to get the console back. And when it came back it had a note with it that said: "There was not found
    any problems in your console, so it wasn't repaired.". I couldn't believe it. Then I plugged it back in and had to install it all over again. After like 15 minutes it turned off again in the same way that it had been doing before the repair. I still can't
    believe that Microsoft just wasted my money and time. I had to get a box for the console and I drove for about 100 kilometers (over 60 miles in total) back and forth to the UPS service point when sending and retrieving the console. And my Xbox Live Gold membership
    is going down the drain because I can't play with the Xbox. I'm a student and I don't have that much money so this doesn't help my situation at all.

    I'm very disappointed and pissed off. I've always loved Xbox products but this was a huge let down. I thought I'd never say this but now it might be the time for me replace my Xbox with a Playstation.

    Have you ever let someone else use your account or have you given them your account details so they could sign in as you? The Code of Conduct says you can't do this for a very good reason (among many) ... anything that other person does is your responsibility.
    Even if it leads to your account being suspended.

    When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an
    email message is automatically sentto
    the address associated with your Xbox Live account. If you are using a child account, an
    email is also sent to the Microsoft Account associated with your parent or guardian. Each
    email message explains that the account was subject to enforcement action and links to pages that provide additional information. Try to reach out to them through the
    email they send out. Also, try to
    remove and re-add the accountto
    the console.
