Microsoft denying help - Controller and registration

Hi,

So after trying to get CHAT support and always denying it because they won't me since I had a previous chat asking for a refound, they make me call them. So after calling them to the official number they give which you can't call from a mobile phone I had
to look for another phone of them.

After that I got to talk to someone and after 1 hour talking and waiting I got him to open a ticket for me and send me the delivery stick so I can send my xbox one ELITE controller to get fixxed.

The company returns the controller without a reason why and on the mean time MICROSOFT canceled my "issue", after 2 weeks of them not replying me and me not beeing allowed to chat with them I have t do all the process again and still have no reply.

Just in case it wasn't enought, I recently bought an Xbox One X console, which controller is not working properly as the jack won't work and I can't plug in my headsets.

So, WHY is MICROSOFT DENYING ME HELP? Why I am so stupid to keep investing on this ridiculous assistance?

Here you have a client that is beeing with u for more than 15 years and thats all u get , nothing.

Sending xbox one elite controller for repairs

My elite controller has really bad stick drift and needs repairs. The microsoft website explains that the controller can be sent in and gives me a link to device registration where it does not give any option for controller repair. What do I do?

Microsoft Drops Voodoo Vince Trademark

I don't think I'd say they dropped it, they obviously tried to renew it but for some reason where denied. It says it right in the document.

My guess is they'll redo their declaration (whatever the fuck that is) and renew the trademark.

The warranty on controllers purchased separately is typically 90 days and if is out of warranty or shows physical damage they won't repair it.

As far as the controller that came with the console you should contact support and schedule it for a repair. Contact Us | Xbox Support

well since registration is closed and there is no way any consoles can get the beta it looks like you will not be able to get it unless somebody else can confirm/deny this.

Make sure the controller serial number is correct. The serial number is the 14 digit code at the battery pack. It doesn't have any hyphen or dashes. Make sure you're not entering 0 for O or I for 1 etc.

Weird to be denied. If the request was really denied by Microsoft, really if you fill it again, it will be denied again, what I can do to help is redirect you to Microsoft support, so they can review and report you.

Please double-check the registration process. Microsoft’s registration process for Xbox devices requires that you first select the correct product family typically “Xbox” and then enter the serial number as it appears on your controller. The serial number of the controller is located at the back of the battery compartment below the bar code.

And then review your account region settings because mismatches between your account region and the region selected during registration can result in these devices not being properly registered. Kindly double-check that your account settings and your registration inputs region all align.

Then refresh, and clear the browse. The controller registration doesn’t immediately update on the “My Devices” page. Please clear your browser’s cache And then log out and log back into your account.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly use inprivate or incognito browser to eliminate any cached data issues.
