microsoft deny refund for item i never received

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it as I mentioned before.

I have been denied a refund. The reason stated was that I had already received a refund. Yet it wasn't for this item it was for another item purchased the same day by accident.

I have informed my bank and they are working to handle the dispute. Why is it that Microsoft does not wish to refund me for an accidental purchase?

Since this is the second time, do this:
Choose the option "Why don't I see the purchase in my list?" then "I don't see the purchase"

Choose the last option "none of the above apply, I still can't find my order" then "request a refund"

After you submit this form, you’ll receive confirmation and follow-up emails that’ll include instructions on how you can keep track of the status of your request. They will send you a response with the refund decision within 72 hours.

Yes it has been over 24 hours, nearly 48 now. I reached out to the publisher but there is no response, is there any way I can try refunding again?

There are times that due to server delays, your product or currency will not reflect right away. I suggest to wait for at least 24 hours and try logging out and logging back in.

In any case, you are still not getting the currency, you can reach out to the publisher of the game so they can check this for you.
