Microsoft denied Refund for Game Pass

I did not intend to renew my Game Pass. I was not aware it would charge me again, for my bank account had been empty for months now; I thought it would just stop charging. But as soon as some money got in they immediately charged! WTH! I requested a refund,
but they just denied it! NO reason at all!! It also seems that the self-refund request is pretty Misleading! It says "request refund for digital purchase or Subscription", but nowhere does it mention Subscription Refund once you get in! I need this 37 more
dollars, currently down to 4 bucks in my account. If Microsoft really had the ethics they try to put on, they would at least consider this.
