Microsoft Dead Rising 4 Deluxe Edition for Xbox One and Windows 10 Download Code

Hello. I purchased from the Microsoft store that was supposed to include a XBox One and PC code for Dead Rising 4 digital deluxe edition. I only received one code. Microsoft tech support has told to wait 7-10 days. What gives? It's clearly advertised on
the site that there are download codes for both yet I only received one.

Amazon UK currently has this down as Dead Rising 4 [Xbox One/Windows 10 - Download Code]. I thought this was not going to be a Play Anywhere title but could they give out PC and Xbox One codes or is this just a typo?

When I look at Dead Rising 4 Digital Deluxe Edition on the
Microsoft Store page, I don't see it indicated anywhere that the PC copy is included? Bear in mind that this is not a Play Anywhere title either. As this is a purchase you made through the MS store, you'll want to reach out to

Microsoft Store Support for further assistance as we are not able to assist with their promotions.

Thanks. I was told today to contact MS support rather then the store once again today. I will contact MS store again tomorrow when I get some free time.

 

Microsoft store support keeps referring me to xbox support. I've spoken over to five people now.

How long am I going to get the run around?

Hey I just wanted to let everyone know I finally got a code today. It appeared on my xbox messages just a few hours ago. Thanks MS for following through.
