Microsoft Daily Jigsaw Challenge won't update to current date or month. It's stuck in March

Does the date and time on your computer display correctly? It could be that the system info is off and causing the desync. You can find a helpful article about this here.

Also, you mentioned in your post that it was stuck in March, that would be this month. Is it stuck in March from a previous year? or is it a previous month?

One last thing, if the date and time article doesn't help. Since this is an issue in the game itself, it is recommended to engage the game studio, Microsoft Casual Game Studios, by submitting a ticket here to make sure the proper teams are aware of this. They might also have solutions in their community they can share over to get this resolved.

That's odd. I just went into the Daily Challenges section of Microsoft Jigsaw, and each of the screens mentioned finished downloading almost immediately.

I even got a notification saying: "All Daily Challenges for the current month have been downloaded.

Have you tried signing out, restarting the computer, and signing back into the game already?

How to play daily challenges other than current month.

1) Close all open applications

2) Change system date to end of month you wish to play (i.e. 11/30/2016)

3) Open Microsoft Solitaire Collection

4) Select Daily Challenges

5) Select Calendar tab and choose date you wish to play



Note: there are activities running in background on your system that will reset system date to current date. To continue to playing previous month repeat steps above.

me too. Happened following a reinstall of Windows 10. Seems to only effect the Daily Challenges and the Events. Additionally, MS Jigsaw daily games won't finish loading.

The same thing happened to me on 31st December - no more daily challenges. They start to load (seemlingly) then it just switches off Jigsaw altogether!

Jigsaw collections work as usual, but not Daily Challenges.
