    look how many people are having problems getting disconnected from xbox live and cant get a answer, resolution, or even a comment from Microsoft about what to do or that they are trying to fix it,but there is no problems collecting their money from us even
    though we cant use xbox live that is slack more like pathetic customer support

    Contact Microsoft customer support and the Xbox Live customer support reps should be able to help you out. How did he end up getting so angry he decided to start harassing you?

    Can you cancel digital pre-orders?

    yeah just contact microsoft customer support. You can speak to them via live chat.
