    Microsoft Customer Service is very lacking


    Called 6 different times, and no assistance from them. They just transfer the call, and do nothing to remedy the problems. So frustrated when you spend your hard earned money, and they don't stand behind their product. The box comes damaged, and they make no offer to exchange or refund my money.

    Because you called xbox support NOT ms store support according to your own post

    Xbox support is NOT MS STORE

    And not all xbox live regions have ms stores

    And yes there is a difference

    I bought it directly from Microsoft not a retailer. They are no help whatsoever. Really sad but true.

    Idk what happened to phone support but it’s gone now. I’ve called & was immediately directed to go to a website. I need help now, now by going out for 20 min, what could take only 3-4 if I could talk with someone.

    Its a call.back service rather then you having to.wait.on hold

    Click.contact.us.and you.doMt.recognize.a charge and talk.to.a person

    The.options.change.and so you are just going to.have to.work.thru the menu

    Refund would.have to.come thru your retail store.not SUPPORT

    IF YOU are within the 30.days you.can claim.a refund from.the retailer

    Exchangw would.only be done thru.the warranty proccess as that's how.it's normally done

    This prevents fraud.

    No manufacture does exchanges just.replacement when you send it in for repairs

    If you want instant exchange you need to contact your retailer like normal People do

    If you bought it from ms store you MUST contact ms store support NOT xbox support

    Xbox support does repair and warranty NOT REtail exchanges
