Microsoft currency transfer

I was checking emails for myself and my child account(s) earlier in the day and then purchased a digital code from amazon and immediately redeemed it not knowing it went onto my child account until I checked later. How is it that I don't want a refund just
the funds to be moved from the child account to the adult account and I'm told that is not possible? Microsoft is not losing anything I realized it was an error on my part and called support instantly and just want a simple balance shift to right it. Not a
"oh the child can purchase games that you can both use". I have an account for that and my child uses the games and add ons I buy through my account.

So this is both a solution request and a note that something should be done to make this possible to shift funds between accounts if I can't get a real resolution.

Really upset at how difficult it is to change the email on my gamertag.

Hey DrAgOn,

The instructions posted are for the 360 console. At the present time, the Xbox One can not change the Microsoft accounts associated with the gamertags, and as fred said, the gold subscription will follow the gamertag.

Also on a side note, the instructions are a little out of date.

◾When you change your Microsoft account, your Microsoft Points are automatically transferred to the new Microsoft account.

Points are now currency, and currency will not transfer with you. You will need to spend the currency before you are able to make the transfer.

i can not access private data

i can not access any private data through the beta page on my console,and it will not transfer microsoft points to currency.

As this is a support forum for troubleshooting issues, there is not much we can do in this instance, but if you have ideas you want to see on the console or service, definitely post them on Xbox Feedback:

That website is for posting items of Xbox-related feedback and is read by the engineering team to gauge interest in new features.

If this idea already exists as an entry on Xbox Feedback (which I believe it does), simply upvote it to show your support for the idea.

That's how it is for various platforms. Also, Microsoft currency is just a currency recognized in Microsoft store and does not hold any value outside of it. I believe, enabling transfer of Microsoft credit to PayPal may result in various frauds, or illegal
online market.

i think you are talking about gamerscore and those are not transferable between accounts and if you are talking about microsoft points which is the currency for online purchases they also are not transferable.

There'll be no option or way to transfer your Microsoft local currency but you can use it in your account too.
