Microsoft credits not showing in balance

Are you stating that you can't purchase anything with your Microsoft Credit/Balance or that it shows you have a past due balance?

What do you mean by credits? The only payment options for Xbox are a credit card, Paypal, or your Microsoft Account balance. If you've added funds to your account balance and they are not showing, you can check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to
see if they were already spent.

I also have this issue. I spent 500 x2 on the 10,000 credits and 250 x1 on the 5,000 credits. In my rewards it says redeemed, but the balance does not show up on my pending credits and the balance also hasn't hit my Xbox Live account. But my gem balance
shows that I purchased those packs. So in all I am missing 25,000 credits.
