Microsoft contact for faulty controller button

I have a Design Lab X Box Controller in warranty, and one of the buttons is faulty. I have raised a Service Request with Microsoft. The documentation sent says that they are going to exchange the controller.

I find it hard to believe they will make a new controller, and will probably fix the faulty button. I would like to check out the process with Microsoft but when i request a call back I never receive one.

Does anyone know the process or how I can talk to or directly message someone?

As long as your controller is under warranty you can get it swapped. Have you checked your email account?

I would recommend contacting Microsoft or wherever you purchased the controller from as this could be a faulty one and at present for safety purposes avoid using that controller

Oh sure, no problem.

I really dont know what could have happened. Sometimes support can get saturated

Nope this doesn’t work either. Microsoft customer support for Xbox is appalling.

They really need to do better -

* enable web chat

* a phone number for uk customers that actually works

* enable contact us form

Thanks for your help mate but the ONLY way to contact Microsoft was to call corporate sales and beg them to redirect my call to the Xbox call centre in India. Very time consuming…..
