microsoft connection issues

The last few days I have had trouble with Microsoft XBox360. My shooter games are lagging, ghosting, and I get kicked out for server issues. Tonight I couldn't even get any apps like Vudu or Microsoft Movies and TV to work. Even the YouTube app is slow and
lagging. My Xbox connection test shows all is normal and my NAT is good, but there is a Service alert. I go to Microsoft/Xbox page on the desktop and it says there are no problems, all apps are running correctly.

I went to my desktop and ran a speed test with my desk top. It shows my modem/router is at high speed, which lines up with the high-speed Mbps package I am getting from Comcast.

So I tried to watch my Microsoft Movies and TV rental on my desktop at the Microsoft site, and I get this error code: 0xc33607e3

What is the deal with Microsoft???????????

Who is your ISP?

Do you connect to a VPN service of any kind?

Generally connection issues fall on your network. Do you have your PC connected wired or wireless? If you're wireless, you may want to move closer to your network hardware if possible. Let us know
