    Not really sure where to ask this but will give here a go, how do i purchase/extend my warranty? i want to purchase microsoft complete for xbox series x so i am covered if anything goes wrong. when i pre ordered the xbox from microsoft store UK it didnt
    give me an option at the time. now when im looking on the store on my xbox and i search “microsoft complete” the option to buy is greyed out. it says i have 45 days to purchase it and i really want it done before this time runs out. can anyone offer some help,

    It actually would. There's an Xbox One, One S, and One X that are all in the same family. Then there is the Series S and Series X that are in a completely different family of consoles.

    An Xbox One X is not the same as a Series X. The game will not work on an One X.

    Yes I got it on my series X and so did a friend. I went by what he said and it was easy and quick. I went to the Microsoft complete site and at the bottom right there is a chat button I clicked on it and talked to someone.

    In about 15 minutes they added it to my account and charged me $49 plus tax and now it says I’m good till November 2023. Also received 49 rewards points.

    you cant as the unit will now be classed as second hand(also warranties don't transfer). you will need to insure with a third party like you stated D&G PLC
