Microsoft Complete for Xbox One

Can anyone tell me exactly how this warranty works as far as how long its good for? The website says it gives a total of 3 years coverage, but a support rep is telling me that it expires 2 years from the date of purchase. Essentially this would be a total
of 2 years. Which is it? Thanks.

Hello everybody. My question is : If i buy a Xbox One on Ebay, do i have access to the Microsoft Complete that allow me to protect my Xbox one or not? Can someone explain me how it works. Thanks You

It should work, xbox live is designed to be cross compatable so your money should be there as well.

No, you will not be able to use your Xbox Gift Card to purchase items from the Microsoft Store online. The Xbox Gift Card can currently only be used to purchase items on the Xbox LIVE marketplace and the Windows Phone store.

If you wish to purchase an extended warranty, you will need to use a payment method like a credit or debit card.

I'm not quite sure why it says "select Microsoft Online stores" maybe that's a feature for the future, but at this point in time you're not able to actually use your Microsoft Account balance on Microsoft.com/Store either. I'll bookmark and confirm this tomorrow

I wouldn't risk buying from eBay purely because of the issues you can have with warranty. If the console has already been registered or they don't provide you with a legit store receipt you could have issues. The price is of an Xbox One is a lot to lose
on when you could have a secure warranty for a little bit more cash.

So I bought this Microsoft Complete and it's not showing up that I purchased it in my Banking Account or on the site. When I try to purchase the plan again it won't let me says "Your device is not eligible for a service plan." Anyone else have this issue?
I contacted Microsoft who was no help and told me they would just sell it to me. Now I have to wait 2 hours for a phone call.

They probably mean the app marketplace for ms online stores like windows marketplace which is an ms online store
