Microsoft Complete for Xbox in UK?

I've spoken to a couple of MS customer service people on live chat about buying Microsoft complete for the Xbox by the Xbox store (in the UK).

Even though the item is shown on the store, and has a UK based webpage telling me all about it, I've been told that it isn't actually available in the UK, but they are working on it, and hope to be able to bring it here before my 45-day window expires!

Has anyone in the UK managed to get this cover? Should I just call MS instead of using the live chat?
