Microsoft Complete Coverage

Hi Brad,

Im still within the 45 days. I've been trying for weeks to click on the warranty link in the store and every time it says something went wrong on our end. Ive even tried going online to Microsoft Store and and clicking the middle link "within 45 days"
and it says safari can't open this web page. I contacted store support and they referred me to xbox support and I can't seem to get it resolved there either. Why can I go to the store on my Xbox, follow the warranty link and then get an error every time
I try to buy??

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with Microsoft complete. Are within the first 45 days of purchase? If it isn't within 45 days you will be unable to purchase the extended warranty. You can look over the guide for

Microsoft complete. In the guide has link directly to the complete. Remember also at this time, there are high volumes all across Xbox. You can try support. Either chat or a call but with the high volume may not be available at this time.

I bought Microsoft complete. It is 2 years but it doesn't start until after the manufacturers warranty ends. My Microsoft complete coverage doesn't start until March of 2015, which is when the manufacturers warranty ends. So I'm covered until March 2017.
This all for $70 a great deal IMO especially since it includes coverage for up to 2 controllers.
