Regardless, the fact remains you can't charge someone 99$ for 12 months and not refund their money for the time they are not able to use the service purchased, let alone the media purchased on said platform, this is FRAUD and Illegal.

Again nothing in your statement talks about games and media I purchased, as I didn't buy a "license" I bought media which is on my device and authenticated by Microsoft. Which by the way has nothing to do with the community as its on my device and I'm not using it to interact with the community at all, In fact I could make a further argument that Steam and Playstation are completely separate entities and it's only using the Microsoft account to authenticate, and for Microsoft to try to dictate rulership over third party services is absurd, especially when they can't even get cross platform communications or social interactions implemented properly. The point is the system is abused to grief other players, and it only matters who reports first, and the people doing the "investigations" are paid 15$ an hour and don't care about what's right or wrong, as whatever they do doesn't affect them or Microsoft. Eventually enough people will complain and change will happen or it won't. There is a reason why there is over 20 pages of complaints about this topic on google.

No I didn't, I didn't agree to be manipulated by a Microsoft algorithm, nor issues with their enforcement system, and instead of having a blanket answer without even reading the TOS, please provide and quote the factual information from the TOS, you are supposed to be a "Xbox Ambassador" and "Moderator"

Not to mention there is literally thousands of cases where Microsoft's automated enforcement system improperly banning or suspending people.
