    Microsoft Comfort Mouse 4500 Scroll Wheel Issue


    When starting the computer, the mouse needs to be unplugged and plugged in again for the scroll wheel to work. The 4500 has no drivers available on the website, so no update is available. Currently on Windows 11, I have tested and do not have the same issue on computers with Windows 10 installed. It has to be unplugged and plugged in after any restart, update, or any time I have to log in to the desktop again. Any suggestions are welcome.

    you should be able to use the scroll wheel on mouse (if you use one), and it zooms the screen in or out, or use the scroll bar on right side of screen.

    I have the same issue, just noticed it today, haven't played in several days. I use a Wacom pen 99.9% of the time, but testing with a mouse yields same issue. Have discovered a touch of the scroll wheel and game will function for a few more tile selections.

    I had this the other day. There is a way you have to scroll down by either using your mouse wheel or your down arrow key. Failing that I think you can just hit F5.

    Guys, if you have AMD gpu go to your AMD settings go to gaming then graphics scroll your mouse wheel to the last option reset shader cache then click perform reset hope it worked for you guys.
