Microsoft.com dont communicate with my xbox on my payments.

Dear Microsoft November 8.

When i go into my Xbox/settings/subscribtions. it says i owe 94.40 dkr. for Xbox live and 51,20 dkr. for ea acces.

I Paid 118 dkr. on november 3rd. for xboxlive subs. and 32 dkr. on november 6 for ea acces, when will that show on my Xbox/setings/ subscribtions. Shouldn't Microsoft.com and my Xbox communicate together and update my owe's ?.

i did get acces to xboxlive on the 3rd of november after paying the 118 dkr on november 3rd. but it still says i owe 94.40 dkr. when will that be updated ?

I didn't get acces to my Ea Acces acount after paying the 32 dkr on november 6, and it still says i owe 51.20 dkr in my Xbox/settings/subs. i should only owe 19 dkr.

Why is there no communication and updates between Microsoft.com and my Xbox/setting/subs ?

And what am i to do ?

question about removing payment option on xbox live.

I preordered the Xbox one from microsoft.com and now my credit card is on my xbox 360. If I remove the payment method from microsoft will this effect my preorder what so ever?

 

Successfully redeemed code...not showing up

I have the same problem. Redeemed a code on Microsoft.com with no problems, but it does not show up on my XBox One as a payment option. Very frustrating as I have money to spend that I can't seem to touch!

Any ideas gratefully received.
