    Microsoft Collection, world tour will not load.


    I have also had problems loading Microsoft collection. Seen several posts and have used trouble shooters which have not worked. Game tells me it's loading and having internet connecting problems, I have internet connection. Have updates. Have not uninstalled
    it as also read can't reinstall as your setting and subscription is lost. Read to save settings but not sure if that will work.

    Solitaire World Tour Events

    I've just purchased a new laptop. It was preloaded with Microsoft Solitaire Collection, however I no longer have the World Tour Events option. Can you let me know how to add the World Tour??

    I have started the Solitaire World Tour Event and finished the first 4 challenges, now the program will not load, I get a message that says:" We are having some trouble connecting to the Internet to download Microsoft Solitaire Collection data..." What is
    going on, very frustrating.

    Are you still experiencing issues with the Events? If so, try restarting both your PC and your internet and see if that helps.
