    So I got on Microsoft rewards and had 7000 points and got 3 codes for 330 minecoins, I was only able to redeem 1 code and the other 2 keep saying "looks like you already own this content" please help me I didn't spend my points for this

    If it was a Best Buy offer you would need to take it up with the Best Buy you purchased the console at, I would make sure you take your receipt with you for both console's the first one and the exchange. They should be able to get this figured out for you.
