    I got a microsoft gift card today and attempted to redeem it the code is activated and i input the code correctly but i keep getting the message that the code isn't found and to try something else how do i fix this?

    If it was a Best Buy offer you would need to take it up with the Best Buy you purchased the console at, I would make sure you take your receipt with you for both console's the first one and the exchange. They should be able to get this figured out for you.
