Microsoft Cloud is a joke

I would like know why Microsoft has yet to give some kind of explanation as to why I and others are unable to save the game in Fallout 4. It says I have no room for saves and to make room. I purchased a 2 terabyte external drive and moved all games to the
external drive except for Fallout 4. I have the 1 terabyte Xbox One and still the error persists. I did the hard shutdown. I cleared the cache. Bethesda points the finger at Microsoft's cloud. Microsoft points the finger at Bethesda. I am of the opinion that
this is Microsoft and it's cloud that is not syncing properly. Why are we not able to see what is on the Xbox One cloud? Why are we not able to manage our own cloud on the Xbox One? Why are we not able to save our game saves to an external hard drive before
deleting our user profile?? I DO NOT want to delete my user name and account and start over. I did that once before and lost game saves. I never had this problem with the 360.

I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a Xbox One to think twice before plunking down 3 to 500 dollars for the headache of Microsoft's absolutely worthless cloud sync.

Microsoft is a joke

Rocket League went on sale for ten dollars for those who had xbox live gold status. I, having no xbox live subscription, decided to redeem the "free 14 days of xbox live gold" code that came with my console. I initially attempted this on my desktop computer.
"oops, we're sorry, something went wrong." Microsoft won't take my code. No explanation, no error code, no nothing. My code is no good. Simple as that. No matter, I'm sure the xbox one has a built in feature for redeeming codes. It's been out for years now.
This will probably solve my issue. Nope. The xbox one takes me to the edge browser to redeem my code. Same exact problem. Well, that's no big deal, a month of xbox live gold is only one dollar with the black friday deal going on right now. One buck won't
break my bank account. "please select a payment option." I think I'm gonna go with paypal, since I don't really want to be giving my credit card information out to sites if I don't have to. "We're sorry, we detect that you're having issues signing in with
paypal. Please choose a different option." No, my paypal is fine. I just went to the official site to check, and it worked perfect. Why in the heck do you even give me the option if you're not competent enough to set it up to work? why give me a code if you
won't let me redeem it? Why is the god**** search bar for the xbox live marketplace in the middle of the page? THE UI WAS BAD AT LAUNCH AND YOU SOMEHOW MADE IT EVEN WORSE.

This is becomming a joke with all of the cloud issues and not being to play or use what we pay for. Come on microsoft, let's get it together.

 

Hey hec51! Does deleting some old saves allow you to save again? It may be a hard save limit on Fallout's end rather than a space issue. Post back and let me know how it goes!
