  1. Microsoft clearly has little regard for human rights.

I have been an xbox gold subscriber for 7 years now, and over those years I have sent and received tons of messages that violate Microsofts current code of conduct, but until very recently I have never had any repercussions from doing so. But in the last
6 moths I have received a handful of bans for using "inappropriate language". What sort of awful hideous things have I said, you may ask? Well I dared to use the dreaded "F" word. (I am censoring myself as to not upset the microsoft SS gestapo) That's right,
if some one was being a donkey's behind to me I told them to F off or to F themselves. And microsoft deems that to be absolutely appalling and completely unacceptable. This strict policing of language clearly shows that Microsoft has no regard for any ones
freedom of speech, a fundamental, basic human right. Now I understand that Microsoft is a private corporation and can do as it pleases, But 1.) I do not feel that microsoft should pander to these narcissistic, self absorbed, easily offended millennials that
are currently poisoning our society. and 2.) I think that dismissing basic human rights is simply bad business, and microdoft would be smart to uphold every human right that applies to their business.

So that is just my thoughts on xbox live, but lets look at Microsoft as a whole now.

So you have their obscenely strict language policing and ridiculous code of conduct made to shelter delicate little flowers who cower in their little bubbles unable to deal with the slightest thing that isn't nice, warm and colourful. But you Microsoft is also
a company that doesn't care about their users privacy or intellectual/ creative property. Windows 10 was packaged full of invasive permissions and spy ware. In the terms of service disclosure they also reserved the right to claim any property stored on your
computer. For example pictures, art work, writing and so on. So what that means is if you were to use their hardware to create something, say a painting. They have the right to take it and sell it. And that is the same with your private information. And don't
think they don't. microsoft makes tons of money selling their users information to add companies.

So lets recap. So far Microsoft has proven that they have no regard for their users fundamental right to freedom of speech or for their users right to privacy. Who knows what other human rights this sleazy company is willing to violate? It is because
of microsofts blatant disregard for Human rights that I have decided that once my current xbox gold subscription runs out I will not renew it, and I will no longer buy any microsoft product. and once my computer is forced to update to windows 10, I will switch
to linux. Microsoft. get your crap together, realize the economic suicide you are committing and turn yourself around before it is to late. You can only violate peoples human rights for so long before they switch to an alternative that doesn't infringe on
their basic human rights. And when that happens your company will crash and burn.

    Get F'ed,

    sincerely: your user base.

    :)

    Pokemon Games

I really share rz3300's opinion regarding Pokemon Go, it's right, it was going to be a game created especially for kids, but it clearly ended up being for everybody else, it's such an amazing thing the way a game can make a lot of people move without any hard effort, technology has clearly evolved really fast and I really believe there are going to be more games like this, indeed.

  3. Read dead redemption undead nightmare issues

A lot of the missions won't complete, despite having finished the objectives.

For some reason, a lot of the time, instead of zombies, the game spawns humans with no heads.

    Clearly, somethingain't right...

Just wanted to chime in on a few things. First, Microsoft doesn't use these Forums. It's just us Gamers for the most part. Second, you end it with "your user base". Sorry you only have the right to speak on behalf of your own
voice and no one else. You do not get to include everyone under whatever ideology you subscribe to.

With that said I do fully support the Freedom of Speech and in regards the understanding of it from the nature of government infringing on said Right. Microsoft or any other company or individual is not the government. Every individual and company and Private
Ownership and the Rights of said can allow or not allow speech as seen fit.

The Right of Freedom of Speech does not trump the Right of Private Ownership. Sorry but no one should ever get the "right" to scream in my house what they choose. It is solely at the Private Ownership's Right
to decide what is acceptable on or while in their Property. Intellectual Property is the same legally, morally and politically as Physical Property.

    My two cents

OP. "Hello I been a naughty boy for 7 years using bad language. Waaa I being punished now!"

Sorry, you agreed to play nice and speak nice when you sign up. Your freedom of speech ended when you signed up for live. Freedom of speech is not a basic human right. Just visit other countries and say or print some of their "hate speech" words and see
    what happens.

PS if you send me a message to F myself I would report you too. I am 52.
