Discus and support Microsoft clearly don’t care about their loyal customers , prove me wrong in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been wrongfully console banned I’ve only had 2 enforcements against me in 6 years on my other account Sweatydribbles2 whereas people have 10’s...     I have been wrongfully console banned I’ve only had 2 enforcements against me in 6 years on my other account Sweatydribbles2 whereas people have 10’s of enforcement and what happens to them nothing they can go play games after like nothing happened whilst
    I’m sat here banned from any Communications, multiplayer or social , does loyalty really mean nothing 100’s of pounds into your consoles and games and still no gratitude

    As stated on all enforcement notices and the
    Enforcement website Support is not able to provide insight or alterations to any Enforcement action.



    If you are looking for more info on a suspension we suggest reading up on the
    Code of conduct and the
    How do I? section of their site.



    This info will provide explanations as to why an account or console may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a case review.



    Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported or based on the number of infractions.

    If the code of conduct is broken severely enough severe action will be taken.



    We hope this info sheds light on why the suspension was issued and while we cannot assist further with this issue we are always happy to help troubleshoot other issues!

    pfft. i'd be happy if they fixed their servers. I used to get 116Mbps down from them but ever since November, their servers won't give me more than 30 , either wired or wireless. go figure.
