Microsoft China Support canceled my order and refused to return my controller box!!

According to the faq section on the
Design labs websitee it is not possible to change the design after an order has been placed.

Can I change my design or cancel my order after placing an order?

Unfortunately not. Your controller starts to be created soon after you submit your order. And since it is customized specifically for you, no design changes are allowed once your order is submitted.

Can I return my controller online or to a Microsoft retail store if I do not like it?

Sorry, controllers cannot be returned for this reason.

My main controller is fine, but the 2nd controller I bought opened at the 'joint' on the right side and the bottom 'trigger' button stuck, controller went haywire midgame. Sorry Microsoft but £50 for a 2nd controller and it's lasted all of 5 days and only
used on a handful of times.

I came away from Playstation as my son wanted the Xbox One over the PS4...so far I am none too impressed with it I must say. Won't be bothering returning it to you, I'll be returning it to the store where I bought it from. I also had to return the Xbox One
to them on Boxing Day as there was no Fifa 14 in the sealed box. The XBox One has been in development for no doubt years, then there are all these issues...Made in China all over everything says all I need to know...made cheap and sold at a ridiculous price.

You can try canceling the order from here:
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If the option appears you're going to receive the balance again and you can use it.
If the cancel order option doesn't appear that means the current controller is almost to be shipped and is not possible to cancel the order.

You can try returning the controller as soon as it arrive (If the price is still 43.99, but I think not worth it)
