    So I bought a $50 XBOX card , got home, entered the code, it stated "code already redeemed" I called Microsoft and they said there is nothing they will do for me. I feel totally ripped off by there giant rich corporation. I have spent a lot of money over
    the years on Microsoft products ,but now I don't trust buying anything from them. I'm really upset about it. Arrrggggggg!

    I can't see any no. I bought one of these for £40 the other day, it's gone up a quid now (make sure you get the Facebook code for the extra 5% off).

    If it's not there, try getting in contact with the merchant you purchased the card from (assuming you bought it from a retail store). Perhaps they can help you get an exchange or refund?

    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. The Microsoft account balance is essentially the same as a gift card since funds typically come from Xbox gift cards.
