Microsoft charges to my Vodacom account

Ok. What is Microsoft charging you for? Can you see it on your Vodacom bill? Is it a Xbox game?

It's an unauthorized purchase or did you actually purchased it but instead of charging your credit card it went to your Vodacom account?

That's weird. Vodacom does have integration with Microsoft to allow direct charges on your Vodacom account, but it must be added as a payment method to allow it.

If you go to your Microsoft/Xbox account, does Vodacom shows as a payment method? You can see it here:

Now, if you want to keep buying products (or keep a subscription active) but don't want it to be charged on your Vodacom account, you need to remove Vodacom as a payment method.

best thing to do is appeal it and just remove your payment information

I have been on my Microsoft office which is not active. Payment method is marked credit card with none of my details.
