    Sorry to hear that your order is delayed

    About the charges, don't worry. I faced a similar issue when I purchased my series S.
    These charges are known as authorization charges, they verify that you have enough funds on your card
    Usually these charges are refunded as soon as the order status changes to "shipped" and you receive the tracking number.

    When the order changes to shipped, you're finally to be charged for the real thing and the previous charge are going to be cancelled

    I also ordered one recently. Initially I was charged and then refunded so I called and was also told I would be charged when it shipped. This morning I was charged again so I got excited and thought it finally shipped, but I was refunded again right
    after. My original order information says a delivery date of May 6th, so maybe sometime around then?

    My the final shape dlc was cancelled which I'm OK with however I still haven't received my refund its been over 2wks since cancellation

    If you pre-ordered with a credit/debit card, then there won't be a refund, as you do not get charged for pre-orders until around 10 days before release of the game/DLC. If you pre-ordered with Microsoft credit, then you are charged straight away. You would have been refunded back in your Microsoft account if you paid with that.

    Speaking as somebody that has pre-ordered the One via the Microsoft Store dashboard ad, I can say that my account has not been charged. It will not be charged until the One ships.

    Ordered mine from the Microsoft store and it still says this. They charged my card on the 16th, and it's still pending under my bank account, but the hold for the full amount has been placed on my account but according to the Microsoft payment hub my charge
    is listed as settled. I'm starting to freak out now, it's 3 days until release and it still hasn't shipped...
