Microsoft Charge

I'm getting charged $9.99 on my penair card and I have no idea why. I dont pay for any microsoft services anymore and my email isnt receiving anything from Microsoft. I also have no payments connected to this account that was made almost a year ago if
I remember right. I think someone is charging my card and I would like to know the account connected to my card. Why is this happening?

Disputing charges?

I have $16 of charges from Microsoft which I never wanted. I bought 5,000 VC ( In game item) for NBA 2k16 and each time the game said it was canceled. Did it like 5-7 times thinking it was Microsoft who was in error then checked my card and saw I was charged for each of them. MS is dragging its feet and wondering what would happen to my account if I dispute these charges?

I did cancel, but was charged anyway...

Microsoft doesn't charge on renewal, they charge on a fixed billing date. The charge was most likely for the existing month that you are receiving.

You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they see it on your account, but if it's not on your account and you don't have access to the account it is tied to, you'll need to work with your card company about fraudulent charges. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
